Renter’s Personal Requirements: Renter and additional drivers must be minimum 21 years old and provide valid identity card or passport, and driving license valid in the country, held for at least one year. Photocopied documents or documents sent by fax are not acceptable. The rented vehicle may be driven only by persons listed in the contract and authorized by Moto-Pfohe Rent a Car.
Rental Period: Rates are based on 24 hour period, applicable grace period 2 hours. Weekend rate: Friday 14.00 – Monday 10.00 h.
Method of Payment: All major credit cards are acceptable: Visa, MasterCard and American Express. The credit card should be in the renters own name with available credit. Cash deposits are acceptable only for group B, C, S and U, as the deposit amount depends on the rental period. Cash payment for all other groups of vehicles is allowed only at time of return.
LIABILITY, INSURANCE AND ADDITIONAL INSURANCE COVER
Third Party Liability is included in the rental rate and the car is covered according to the Bulgarian law. Copy of this document is available in the car for inspection.
Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) and Theft Protection (TP) are included in the car rental rate and limit the renter’s liability to the Excess amount if rental vehicle gets damaged or lost following theft according to the Rental Agreement conditions.
Excess: Since CDW and THW are included in the rental rate, the renter’s maximum responsibility in case of damage or theft to the rented vehicle is the sum of money called Excess. The Excess is deductible and varies on different car groups: €240 for group Â; €300 for groups C, E, L, P, S; €480 for groups D, G, I, O, U; €600 for groups J, K, R, F, N; €960 for groups X, H.
Additional insurance cover: The renter may wave payment of the Excess by purchasing additional non-refundable optional daily coverage, called Super Collision Damage Waiver (Super CDW) and Super Theft Protection (Super TP). Super CDW is available at: €7,20 per day for group Â; €8,40 per day for groups C, E, L, P, S; €9,60 per day for groups D, G, I, O, U; €10,80 per day for groups J, K, R, F, N; €14,40 per day for groups Õ, Í. The price of Super TP is €3,60 per day for group Â; €4,80 per day for groups C, E, L, P, S; €6 per day for groups D, G, I, O, U; €7,20 per day for groups J, K, R, F, N; €8,40 per day for groups Õ, Í. Super CDW and Super TP are paid for not more than 10 days per rental.
CDW and TP insurance, as well as the payment of SCDW or STP, does not abolish Incident Administration Fee (IAF).
Incident Administration Fee: In case of an accident, there is a non-refundable fee of €24 to cover administration expenses, irrespectively of driver’s liability and covers applicable.
Personal Accident Insurance (PAI): For a charge of €3.60 per day Personal Accident Insurance can be obtained. It covers compensation up to € 5.000 per passenger in the rented car, including the driver.
Full Cover: Optional package, which includes Super CDW, Super TP, PAI and covers damages to tires, wheels, and windshield. The daily price of Full Cover is €10,80 for group Â, €13,20 for groups C, E, L, P, S; €15,60 for groups D, G, I, O, U; €18 for groups J, K, R, F, N; €22,80 for groups Õ, Í. Full Cover is paid for not more than 10 days per rental.
CDW and TP insurance, as well as the payment of SCDW, STP or FC does not relieve the renter of the obligation to inform MOTO-PFOHE RENT A CAR immediately for an event, and to obtain and provide all needed documents from the Police authorities in case of accident or theft.
There is no coverage and the renter should pay the total amount of damages or losses in the following cases: The damage or theft of the vehicle is not reported to the Police and MOTO-PFOHE RENT A CAR immediately and a written police report provided; The car keys and documents are not returned in the event of theft; Theft, loss or damage of exterior and interior parts, documents, accessories, CD player, Navigarion System, antenna, wipers, mirrors, signs; Damage on the underbody of the vehicle; damage or theft of tires, wheel rims and covers; Damage caused to the rented vehicle because of off road driving; Any event resulting from alcohol or drug abuse; Vehicles is used by unauthorized driver or the driver does not posses the required driver’s license; Smuggling of goods or people; Any unauthorized repairs.
In case of damage or theft of the car the Renter is obligated to provide all needed documents from the Police authorities. Otherwise the Renter is liable for the full amount for the respective damages or insurance amount in case of total loss or theft.
Lost car documents, Lost car keys: A fine of € 120 applies (incl. loss of CD/Radio panel).
ADDITIONAL SERVICES AND SURCHARGES:
Additional Driver: €12 per rental for every additional driver.
Additional special equipment rental: Available on request. GPS Navigation system – € 6.00 per day, not more than € 60.00 per rental; Baby or Child Safety Seat, Snow-chains – €3.60 per day, not more than € 36.00 per rental.
Delivery/Collection within city limits: Free within city limits with MOTO-PFOHE RENT A CAR locations.
Delivery/Collection outside city limits: There are fixed charges between cities with Moto-Pfohe locations: up to 200 km – € 60; more than 200 km distance – € 96. Outside Moto-Pfohe locations - € 0.60 per km.
One Way Rentals: Allowed on request. There are fixed charges between cities with Moto-Pfohe locations: up to 200 km – € 60; more than 200 km distance – € 96. Outside Moto-Pfohe locations - € 0.60 per km. If the one-way is not authorized the penalty amount is € 192.00.
Traveling Abroad: Available on request only. Abroad surcharge is applicable.
Airport Surcharge: € 18.00 per rental for all rentals starting from airport locations will apply.
Out of Hours Rental: Meet late arrival service is offered at any station upon request. Flight number is mandatory for airport locations. The charges are: up to 2 hours - € 14,40, over 2 hours - € 30,00.

Long Term Rentals: Please contact our Head Office for a special offer.
Fuel: The car is rented with full tank and the fuel consumption is on renter’s expenses. If you return the car with less fuel, the missing fuel will be charged € 2,16 per liter. There is an option to prepay a full tank of fuel at the beginning of the rental at the price at the gas stations.
Winterization fee: € 3.60 per day and not more than € 36.00 per rental. Applicable from 01 November till 31 March.
All rates and charges are in EURO and include 20%VAT.
